Riley will oversee IAA’s nationwide growth strategy, focusing on expanding relationships with partner firms and identifying new business development opportunities.
Riley brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership to IAA, with a comprehensive career spanning strategic growth, advisor recruitment, and practice development. His leadership will play a critical role in expanding the firm’s national footprint, and in maintaining the value, resources, personalized support and advisor-first mindset IAA is known for.
With Riley at the helm of growth, CEO Robert Russo will be able to dedicate greater focus to strategic firm-wide initiatives, including the continued development and expansion of IAA’s mergers and acquisitions efforts.

Riley joins IAA following a ten-year tenure at LPL Financial, where he most recently served as Vice President of Advisory Consulting. He also held roles at MetLife and AXA Advisors, contributing to his broad perspective on the RIA space.
