In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s nationwide growth strategy by expanding relationships with partner firms, recruiting advisors across all affiliation models, and identifying merger and acquisition opportunities. His focus is on driving new business development to ensure The Square’s continued success and expansion.
A Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Dale brings a wealth of industry experience from previous roles at LPL Financial, MetLife, and AXA Advisors. He earned his BS in Business Entrepreneurship from Elon University and also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses through LPL Financial.
A native Charlottean, Dale lives in Charlotte with his wife, their young son, and their dog, Seven. Outside the office, you can often find him baking, golfing, sketching, attending live sporting events, or hosting family gatherings – where he enjoys bringing everyone together over great food and conversation.
