Joan Chepkwemoi, Transition Support Analyst, has been with Visionary Square since April 2026. She supports the onboarding process for new advisors, administrative staff, and virtual assistants, ensuring a smooth and organized experience from day one.
Joan also assists with advisor new business setup and works closely with internal teams to manage transition workflows, maintain standard operating procedures, and keep communication clear and efficient across all stakeholders.
She holds an A.A.S. in IT and Cybersecurity from South Piedmont Community College.
Originally from Kapchesimet, Uganda, and fluent in Kupsabiny, Joan has called Charlotte home for the last seven years. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active at the gym, diving into a good book, shopping, and exploring Charlotte’s dining scene.
