Richard Neff, Relationship Associate, has been with Visionary Square since April 2026. He supports day-to-day business operations and advisor inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and providing key insights through reporting and analysis.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from East Carolina University and is an active member of the ECU alumni community. Prior to joining Visionary Square, he held roles as a Business Development Representative and Production Manager.
A Charlotte native, Richard resides there with his cat, Trap (aka Moochie). Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, training in Muay Thai, and following his favorite teams, including UNC basketball, the Hornets, and the Braves.
